Abstract

Bone synostosis is the fusion of some adjacent bones. It may have a traumatic or congenital origin. Its diagnosis is incidental and there is no need for surgical treatment, unless there are normal development problems with pain. For this study, a Direct Digital He had correct mobility in this joint.

The imaging findings revealed that the characteristics of the injury belonged to a congenital carpal synostosis or coalition since there were no traces of old fractures
